Shipping & Returns


We shall attempt to deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery. You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or other delivery company's depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered, then it is your responsibility to swiftly collect the goods. It is important that the addresses supplied by you to us are accurate. 

Since everything is custom made just for you, please allow some time for your order to be dispatched.

Please allow 2-7 business days for your product to be dispatched from the date of complete payment.

We ship products nationally by Geniki Taxydromiki and internationally through Hellenic Post and we provide you with the unique tracking number upon the shipment of your package.

It may not be possible for us to deliver to some countries. If an order is received with a delivery address outside the territories stated, you will be contacted by our sales department. 

Please note that we are currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.

Custom duties

Any additional taxes and duties assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.


We will be happy to exchange or refund your items with proof of purchase.

All items must be shipped back within 10 business days after they are received. Should you receive an item you have ordered that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Our sales department will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid.

Discounted and sale items are final sales and nonreturnable.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once all the information referred to above is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our finance department will contact you. Money (minus original shipping cost) will be refunded within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

Purchases made via the Internet or via Mail-Order cannot be returned to one of our stockists’ shops.
